We write this site carefully and we correct it when it is wrong, but we cannot guarantee that everything on it is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operation in July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.
