You open the server account with a hosting provider and pay them directly. We set up the server and Shopware on it, and maintain it under your care plan. If you ever move on, the server, shop and data stay yours.
Shopware is open source, takes no share of your sales, runs on servers you own and is built for multiple sales channels and large catalogues.
From Essential: a setup handover, a user guide and a staff training session. Growth adds training by role and developer onboarding; Scale adds extended training and a full-day developer onboarding.
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 WAT. First response: Lite 24 hours, Essential 8, Growth 4, Scale 2 business hours. We don't offer round-the-clock cover. For big sales you can book extended-hours standby; urgent out-of-hours work is best effort at 1.5× our hourly rate.
We respond within your plan's critical-incident time, contain the problem and restore from backup. You'll be informed promptly if customer data may be affected. Incident work is billed; security updates and hardening reduce the risk.
Yes: the peak season readiness package and booked extended-hours standby. It's the only out-of-hours cover we sell in advance; please book at least 4 weeks before your sale.
Care plans have a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your shop, data and hosting stay yours.
Prices are in naira and exclude 7.5% VAT. We review prices every 6 months and give notice before any change to your plan.
Yes. Hosting, payment providers, SMS, maps, email delivery and paid extensions are always on your own accounts.
It depends on your catalogue, design and integrations, so we quote a fixed price after an audit. The audit costs ₦1,000,000 and ₦500,000 is credited if you start a build with us within 60 days. Every build includes 3 months of Essential care.
No. Those are legal documents for you or your lawyer. We set up the cookie consent, consent checkboxes and pages for them.
Pay three months in advance and get 5% off your care plan. It doesn't extend your minimum term or lock your price beyond the next review; if you cancel, the service runs to the end of the paid quarter.
You own your hosting. You pay your hosting provider directly; we set up and maintain approved environments. On other hosting, care plans cover the application only. Email delivery, backup storage and domains stay on your own accounts too. What an approved environment needs
Security incidents. We respond within your plan's critical-incident time. Incident work is billed at our hourly rate (1.5× outside business hours).
Legal texts. Your privacy policy, cookie notice and shop terms are yours to provide; we set up the technical features for them.
Upgrades. Security and minor Shopware updates are included in every care plan; major version upgrades are quoted separately.
Free plugins. Our free plugins, starting with Paystack, are open source on GitHub. Shopware Store listings are on the way.
Pay your way. Card, bank transfer or USSD. Care plans are billed monthly in naira.
